Make Adobe reader to speak pdf files

First install Adobe Reader X
then open any PDF file and goto view botton in menu

view===>Read out loud===>Active Read out loud

then again goto 
view===>Read out loud===>Read to end of document

that's it the pdf reader starts reading the whole pdf.....
