Get Your Signing Certificate ( .cer and.key) within a minutes using XStevedore(chinese ver.)
This is only for symbian phones.
After getting your ".cer and .key" file you can install unsigned app. on your phone. you only need a "signerapp." which will use these ".cer and .key" file to sign any unsigned file.
